Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

Negotiation: Conduct successful negotiations to drive sales growth and secure long-term partnerships.

Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop sales team members, fostering a high-performing environment.

Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, trends, and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:
