JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage sales processes for corporate clients,
  • Acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients,
  • Develop strategies to meet corporate sales targets and ensure these targets are achieved,
  • Contact potential corporate clients, analyze their needs, and provide appropriate solutions,
  • Prepare proposals for client demands, manage negotiations, and follow up on contract processes,
  • Ensure post-sales customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships,
  • Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis,
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular feedback to management.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Graduate from universities, preferably in Business Administration or Economics (Bachelor's degree),
  • Experience in corporate sales and B2B sales (preferably 2+ years),
  • Strong communication skills in Turkish, and preferably English,
  • Successful in achieving sales targets, results-oriented,
  • Team player with high motivation,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Familiar with CRM systems,
  • Able to travel and adapt to flexible working hours,
  • Active driver.
