JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage sales processes for corporate clients,
- Acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients,
- Develop strategies to meet corporate sales targets and ensure these targets are achieved,
- Contact potential corporate clients, analyze their needs, and provide appropriate solutions,
- Prepare proposals for client demands, manage negotiations, and follow up on contract processes,
- Ensure post-sales customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships,
- Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis,
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular feedback to management.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Graduate from universities, preferably in Business Administration or Economics (Bachelor's degree),
- Experience in corporate sales and B2B sales (preferably 2+ years),
- Strong communication skills in Turkish, and preferably English,
- Successful in achieving sales targets, results-oriented,
- Team player with high motivation,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Familiar with CRM systems,
- Able to travel and adapt to flexible working hours,
- Active driver.
