JOB DESCRIPTION
• Provide all necessary documentation for import and export operations.
• Coordinate shipments and manage the process until products are delivered to customers.
• Maintain regular communication with the customs broker to ensure compliance with all customs laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on all rules and regulations related to import processes, ensuring the efficient transmission of all import products.
• Facilitate the flow of information between production, shipment, and logistics units for all import and export processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of current systems and processes, implementing related projects accordingly.
• Address customer requests and inquiries regarding their orders and shipments, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
• Follow up on payments in coordination with the Finance department.
• Able to use CRM software effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Foreign Trade, Transportation, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Management is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in import, export, customs, and foreign trade legislation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong planning, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Quality and customer-oriented approach.
• Result-driven with analytical thinking.
• Ability to adapt to different cultural environments and communicate effectively.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Male candidates should have completed military service.
